Sean Baillie is responsible for the Intellifiber Carrier/Wholesale Sales, Engineering, Offer Management, Outside Plant, Fiber Services and Marketing organizations. Sean brings 15 years of progressive experience managing complex organizations and deep experience across a variety of market segments and networking technologies. Sean's expertise is in building high performing teams, formulating and executing market strategies and driving revenue growth.
Prior to joining Intellifiber Sean held sales management positions at Level 3 Communications, Cable & Wireless America and UUNET. At Level 3, Sean held worldwide responsibility for large enterprise and media accounts as Director of Sales, consistently delivering above a $200M quota. At Cable & Wireless, Sean was Director of Sales responsible for the northeast region and delivered revenue above plan with the combined Exodus, C&W and Digital Island product lines. At UUNET, Sean started as a direct sales representative and was promoted to national sales manager within three years earning Inner Circle (Top 1%) recognition for performance.
Sean holds a B.A. in Political Science and German, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Augustana College.
Tim Shaheen is responsible for leading all sales and revenue growth in support of Intellifiber's Enterprise line of business. Tim has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and his expertise includes building high-performance sales teams and driving growth in new and emerging business segments.
Prior to joining Intellifiber, Tim served as the VP of Enterprise Sales at XO Communications. While at XO, Tim grew the Enterprise segment by more than $400M in revenue and his team was responsible for winning the largest single deal in the company's 12 year history. Before joining XO, Tim held sales and sales management roles at Sprint, MFS, Metromedia Fiber Network (MFN), and Abovenet.
Tim holds a B.A. in Public Relations from Shippensburg University.
Mike Magliato, a veteran of the telecommunications industry and government markets, is responsible for driving growth in the federal, state and local government markets, as well as overseeing the sales, bid & proposal management and program management functions. Mike joined Cavalier in 2005 to lead the evolution and growth of the company's government sector. At Cavalier he has secured contracts with US Treasury, US Courts, Department of Defense, Dover AFB, US Navy, NATO, DLA and most recently a $100M contract with the General Services Administration.
Prior to joining Cavalier, Mike helped shape the government markets programs at WilTel Communications and British Telecom (BT North America). He has held sales leadership positions at companies including FLAG Telecom USA, Inc., Concentric Network Corp. (now XO Communications) and Sprint Corporation.
Mike has a B.S. in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Old Dominion University.
Paul Vander Veer is responsible for all network support and development activities at Intellifiber, including fiber acquisitions and leases, complex network transaction negotiations, and contract management. Paul brings 15 years of senior management experience in telecommunications to Intellifiber, covering the areas of business development, dark fiber transactions, sales and sales operations.
Prior to joining Intellifiber, Paul served as the Director of Network Development at Qwest Communications, where he spent 13 years and held multiple management positions. Paul has also managed and participated in a number of key consulting projects while serving as Partner of Bighorn Consulting Group, LLC in Denver, CO.
Paul holds a BA in Economics from Colorado State University.
Heather Mangano is responsible for the implementation and control of all fiscal processes at Intellifiber. She is handling all financial reporting, KPIs, sales performance, budget modeling, and EBITDA growth. Heather has recently played an integral role in the due diligence process and integration during the merger with PAETEC.
Prior to joining Cavalier, Heather served as Sr. Financial Analyst for the JIAN Group, an investment banking firm specializing in mergers & acquisitions. She completed business valuations for transactions ranging from $15M - $200M. Heather gained her knowledge through positions held at Fortune 500 companies specializing in the financial and telecommunications realm. Heather's financial experience includes a wide spectrum of skills established from portfolio analysis, SEC filings, Chapter 11 restructuring and global integration of financial reporting systems.
Heather holds a B.S. in Business Management from Wesley College.
